Hi neighbors, this is Martha. I just wanted to let you all know that there’s something fishy going on around Millpond Road. I believe, honest to God, that we might have a bear.  It’s something I don’t even know what, but probably not good for any of us with little pets. It was crunching around out there, really big and heavy. I was so scared I just gathered up my laundry and ran inside!

I am so frustrated. I’m sorry I love my uncle and I really need help with caring for him. I can’t get good help. I had talked to someone who seemed just right. Agent Peters who says he’s been tracking whatever it is they are tracking in the woods behind MY house and nobody else’s, blocked the caregiver from my house!! She ran away and called me later and said he was asking her all these questions about my uncle and his medications. She was scared. She won’t come back and I don’t know what to do. I guess I can thank Dan Smith for our wonderful Goldy. I’ve been taking her for walks out behind our house and that’s a stress relief.

Has anybody seen people out in the back woods before? The part that faces towards the Clinton Nature Preserve. I just keep seeing people out there on my walks. I wondered if they were hikers? I was going to try and talk to some of them because I’d just like to know who is out behind my yard and that Agent guy didn’t say anything about them…

Good news, everybody! Agent Peters says they’ve found a black bear prowling the woods and moved it to a safer spot. I’m sure we’re all relieved to be able to relax a little bit, and best of all, the neighborhood barbeque is back on track! August 2nd, 5-9 PM 321 Millpond Road.

I call that rude! But their new puppy was loose in the house. I don’t know if she knows how to care for a dog. When I was young, people were neighborly. I miss the good old days, haha

If anybody has any information about Angie Brown, please let the police know! Martha and I went over to check on her and her uncle and we found him alone, and unable to get up, and Angie was nowhere to be found. He says she took the puppy out yesterday evening and never came back. It seems like that Agent Peters might have been here on false pretenses. The police say there are no bear signs whatsoever and none of the nature agencies around here have an Agent Peters matching his description. Okay guys, I’m a Libertarian and I’m going to shoot straight with you. I don’t know if the police want me to post this but I think this neighborhood needs to have a free exchange of information about now.

I’ve been walking Angie’s dog Goldie for Greg while she’s missing, and I took her out behind her house for his walk, in the same place I saw her going. And about a quarter mile out, I found about a half a trailer—it was a mess, and it was also definitely a meth house. The police have been notified but they’re going to withhold information from the public and we need to know what’s going on in our neighborhood!!

Just wanted to tell everybody THEY FOUND HER! They laid a trap for the guys running the meth house, and it turned out they were just part of a larger operation the police have been chasing down for a while. Drugs, theft, all kinds of stuff. That guy pretending to be an agent was definitely casing our houses. Anyway, with the information they found out form Dan, did a bust, and found Angie in the basement of another of their hideouts! She’s in the hospital now; minor injuries and dehydration, but SHE’S COMING HOME! My wife and I are going to get over there and get Greg set up so that he can wheel out and see her. We’d like to ask that her neighborhood come and join us to welcome her back.

It’s still August 2nd, 5-9 PM but it will be at 322 Millpond Road. I just wanted to say thank you to you all. When I found out about that drug lab I tried to call the police, but the guy who called himself Agent Peters got to me first. The hole time I was kidnapped I was so afraid about what might happen to Uncle Greg. But when I came back I found out I didn’t need to worry myself, you were so kind and even trying to help get me back. I am so happy I moved into this neighborhood and I am so happy to have friends and feel like a part of things.
